Warwick House Medical Practice is committed to improving its communication to and from its patients. Here are some of the ways we hope to achieve this
Website and Practice Leaflet
This website will become our main form of communication and information. In future, we will not produce a practice leaflet, but instead will provide those who do not have access to the internet with pages printed from our website.
The latest information will always be on the website.
Online Prescription requests
You can order your prescription via our online prescription service. In order to use this service you will need to contact the surgery who will generate a user id and password for you. You can then use these to make your prescription request online.
This link takes you to the patient access website:

We still have a suggestions box on the reception desk (and yes we do open it and read them).
Please continue to use that box if you wish. Alternatively, please email your suggestions via the form on our contact page.
Government policy requires us to seek patients’ views from time to time using standard format questionnaires. We are happy to do so, as we need feedback on the changes we are making in order to improve further.
On 1st December 2014 the ‘Friends and Family Test’ became a contractual requirement for General Practice. Please do take the time to complete this; we are required to report monthly on the number of responses. You may complete this as many times as you wish! The idea is to collect data after each encounter with the organisation. You can do this by:
1 – completing this form
2 – filling out a paper form
3 – using our ipad app.
Increasingly, we use email in place of memos, letters and other forms of paper-based communication.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CONTACT FORM MUST NOT BE USED FOR COMMUNICATING MEDICAL INFORMATION OR ASKING FOR MEDICAL ADVICE.
Please note; your email will go to an account that is monitored daily. We will try to respond to you within 24 hours, however if the person to whom the email is directed, i.e a specific doctor, is not available due to leave or non working days it may take a little longer to respond
We are happy to receive non-urgent emails and would suggest this is used primarily for compliments, comment or criticism of the website or our services.
